Conservatories often suffer badly from condensation which is usually because they are much cooler than a normal room. Conservatories have a lot of glass and framework which in the winter months gets very cold and the moisture in the air condenses on these parts. In addition, if your conservatory is left open for any length of time to the main property then all the humidity in the air from the house will migrate to the cold conservatory.
If your conservatory is normally very cold (less than 10 degrees centigrade) then you will ideally need a desiccant dehumidifier. If your conservatory is usually kept above 15 degrees then either a compressor dehumidifier or a desiccant dehumidifier will be ideal.
