I bought the 122Classic in January 2014. I just wanted to let you know it is one of the best appliances I have ever bought for the house. I didn't know how to put the testimonial on so would you mind transferring it for me?
"If you are considering buying a dehumidifier but cannot make up your mind let me tell you how pleased I am with mine. I am a genuine customer and cannot recommend this company enough.
I have had my 3 bed bungalow for 10 years. I have new upvc windows, wall and ceiling insulation. The bungalow always felt very cold (I only have two storage heaters) but even max heat would not warm the rooms in winter. My electric bill was extremely high being the sole energy used. My windows would be absolutely dripping with condensation in the morning. I had mould on my walls in two of the bedrooms and was very worried about it.
I decided to order the 122classic. Now almost a year later I can tell you the following:
The bungalow is so warm now. The storage heaters have only been on minimum.
The windows are as dry as a bone every morning and look really much cleaner.
No more mould on walls.
My washing drys over night on horses so I don't use the tumble dryer anymore.
The dehumidifier blows out warm air whilst extracting the water acting as the heating system.
2 litres of water is extracted every day. No wonder the place was so cold we were literally living in cold water and breathing in mould spores!
The ionizer purifies the air whilst the filter catches fluff.
The dehumidifier is working all of the time during autumn and winter months and a bit less during spring and summer but my electric bill was amazingly so much cheaper. I was shocked. Reason being;- tumble dryer no longer used, storage heaters on minimum (unheard of) and mobile oil heaters redundant.
When I first got the humidity meter it registered 74%. Now it is around 54 - 60. Mould spores cannot survive below 60%.
I cannot recommend this machine enough. Before I ordered, I had a long chat to get more information so I could make a decision. Best decision I ever made. This company is so helpful and the machine arrived the next day".

I bought my Ecoair DD 322FW Classic from yourselves last year and never got a chance to leave you any feedback - sorry. Well its that time of year again.. Just got the " Daddy " out of the loft, fired it up, and it's pulling moisture out of the air like its going out of fashion !! For years I suffered with condensation, previously bought 2 dehumidifiers of a leading UK brand but they were useless. Night time is when the temperature drops and the heating is off, its then that these come into their own.

Good Morning,
I moved house recently from London to a stone farmhouse in Cumbria - I had no idea of the appalling dampness and mould these beautiful old stone buildings can suffer from. I have been trying to deal with it for 18 months not knowing what to do! I have a large kitchen with a fabulous stone chimney breast. The huge stone lintel would glisten, run and then drip with so much water I was convinced rain was coming down the chimney. I have only recently accepted that it could be condensation from cooking.
A local told me a dehumidifier might help - I have never lived in damp conditions before and didn't really know what a dehumidifier might do.
By chance I recently came upon your website and within minutes I learnt a great deal about these machines, all the questions I had were answered right there and clearly - the website is wonderful! Your company is so accessible - I was able to telephone and speak to very helpful and knowledgeable staff immediately.
A day or so later an Ecoair DD122FW Classic arrived. I would like to say it is probably the best thing I have bought for this house and worth every penny of the £165. The transformation is remarkable - the unsightly and unpleasant wet and dripping stone wall is now once again a beautiful feature of the kitchen - it remains DRY when cooking! The dehumidifier extracts a large amount of water from the air - alarming to think that without it so much water was airborne and circulating throughout the house every day.
This dehumidifier is technologically advanced, beautifully designed, quiet and so very simple to use. Condensation, lingering dampness and then the appearance of mould are most unpleasant to live with - this slim, compact beautiful little machine has just sorted it out. Perhaps living in Cumbria isn't so terrible after all!

I found your website very informative. The information on whether to choose a compressor or desiccant dehumidifier was particularly helpful. I purchased an Eco Air DD322FW Simple, and had the machine unwrapped and operating in a few minutes. It's been running for a couple of hours and has already reduced the humidity from 81% to 60%.

I just wanted to say a really big thank you for the advice you gave me on choosing the right dehumidifier. I wasn't sure which one would suit our property best and you recommended the DD322FW SIMPLE. We have used an old dehumidifier 24 hours a day for the last few months and have still had a real problem with damp and mould. Within 4 days of using this new model, it has taken out of our home 4 times as much water in 24 hours as the old one and it is finally beginning to feel dry. Hi, just a line about the dehumidifier I purchased from you on 27-11-2012. I have the ECO DD122 FW Classic working in a caravan, and very pleased with the performance so far, I also have a compressor dehumidifier which cuts in and out (which the new one doe's not do.) I bought this one, mainly for it's ability to restart after a power cut, so connected it to a timer to work 12Hrs. on 12Hrs. off. So far so good. Would I buy another one? Yes! Satisified customer.

I just wanted to let you know that I received my order yesterday at 11 am. I put it on straight away as my condensation on my windows is awful and the humidity level in my two bed flat was at 68 per cent at best. It has been on continuously at normal mode and in just over 24 hrs has collected 6 litres of water and my humidity level is now down to 50 per cent. It has also helped as I have been able to turn my heating off and the warm air from the dehumidifer has been enough to warm all the rooms with it situation in the hallway.

Just to let you know the repaired/replaced DH2500 arrived first thing yesterday. I installed it straight away and it was clear the unit was shifting a great deal more air than the previous unit. The unit is running a constant 2.5 to 3 amps and within 24 hrs the humidity is down to near 55%. I am impressed !! Thank you to all concerned for correcting the issue(s) in a fairly quick time, and appreciating i wasn’t being unreasonable in wanting to get it sorted. Because of your help and the impressive nature of the unit i will early next year buy other unit(s) and extol the virtues of this amazing little machine. just received my ecoair dehumidifier - it's great (and came the next day)
i have it in my converted garage - single skinned (but lined and plastered)
the silver filter had made a noticeable difference in an hour - the smell of mildew actually disappeared and my clothes n longer smell of 'shed' when i go down there
the added bonus of the weather station (was this a gift?) means that i can see how humid the room is
you could see the humidity just drop - i am a geek?
it is quite quiet - ok when i play drums; but not so good for recording (but then it can simply go off for a little while)
it now means i no longer have to worry about electrical equipment in there
i now realise how damp the space was - as there is a noticeable amount of water in the 2 litre container ( i may have to raise the unit and use the tube to allow the water into a bigger container) - once the room gets to a stable level of humidity i can see how much water it takes from the air on a regular basis
any way i was moved to email just because it has completely changed the nature of the room (have to wait for how it copes in the winter......) (Eco Air DD122FW mk5)

I would just like to express my thanks for your excellent service and to say how helpful Rob was on the telephone. I'm so glad that my original order for a Mitsubishi was out of stock and I telephoned in regarding the delay. Rob was so pleasant and helpful and the substitute he recommended that I purchase has performed admirably since delivery. I telephoned in on the Thursday and when I returned home on the Friday it was waiting for me at a neighbours house - excellent service indeed and the refund was made promptly too. It performs just as Rob said it would extracting up to 6 litres a day since December although about half since the wall has dried out.

Just to give you feedback the 6 units (Eco Air DD322FW) have now got into gear i had them running full on for 24 hours as a test and they brought the humidity down to 40-45% - together with the fan we seemed to have cracked it......this is great news as you may recal I had been quoted for a system costing £6k that probably would not have worked due to the low temperature ! (260 square meter barn with 8m height ceiling that has two walls in direct contact with a hillside - used for storing classic cars).

I recently purchased a Eco Air DD122FW from you and I am writing to say how pleased I am with the product and the service.
It was to replace a large commercial compressor driven dehumidifier which I use on my boat. A dehumidifier is essential to me as I live aboard. The Eco Air is less than a quarter of the size and weight of my old dehumidifier and is considerably quieter even in high mode. In quiet mode it is almost silent, I can happily sleep next to it. I was concerned about how it would perform as it is listed as only removing 7ltrs per day next to my old dehumidifier which was 28ltrs per day. I phoned you up and spoke to a helpful chap who highly recommended the unit and even put his neck on the block by promising that this was the best unit for me, he was certainly right, I was totally amazed by how well it worked. The old one would usually fill its 6ltr container in about a week and a half to two weeks in damp weather, but the Eco Air needs its 2ltr tank emptying twice a day, on average about 3ltrs. Because my old unit had failed, I was without a dehumidifier for about a month. When I first used the Eco Air it filled its tank and turned off in just a few hours, as the humidity was slightly higher than normal.
I now run the Eco Air 24hrs a day and the boat has never felt warmer or dryer. Even the single glazed windows barely steam up when I am cooking and clears immediately when I finish.
I was also most impressed by your service, I ordered on the Wednesday and it arrived the following morning carriage free.
Thank you again I hope my writing this report will help others to decide to purchase this amazing little machine. I can't imagine my life without it, definitely my best purchase this year.
